Provide legal and underwriting expertise to product and engineering teams to identify, evaluate, and manage title insurance risk for technology products. Influence product strategy, translate complex title and real estate concepts for product and underwriting teams, execute underwriting vision, assess competitive landscape, and support product roadmap and evolution.

Provide underwriting counsel and authorization for commercial real estate title insurance commitments and policies. Evaluate risks within delegated authority, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, support underwriting operations, advise internal teams on settlement and transaction matters, and promote process consistency.

Manage real estate escrow transactions from opening to closing: establish accounts, review instructions, prepare closing documents and settlement statements, balance and disburse funds, clear title issues, coordinate parties, conduct closings, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while delivering client-focused service.

This role involves selling 1031 exchange services, conducting market research, establishing partnerships, and managing client relationships in the real estate sector.

Provide administrative and transaction support to Escrow Officers, including opening and maintaining files, preparing and organizing documents, communicating with clients and partners, coordinating signing appointments and closings, assisting with title and funding requirements, and maintaining accurate records to ensure timely, accurate real estate closings.

Examine titles for commercial properties, perform title research, analyze records, and provide underwriting interpretation, requiring high expertise and detail orientation.

Responsible for handling real estate transactions, managing escrow accounts, processing documents, and acting as a liaison between parties while ensuring compliance with policies.
