Real estate transactions move fast and behind every successful closing is an Escrow Officer who keeps the details, documents, dollars, and deadlines on track. We’re looking for a confident, detail-driven Escrow Officer to join our Anchorage team and help buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and industry partners move smoothly from contract to close.
In this role, you’ll be more than a processor - you’ll be a trusted guide, problem-solver, and neutral partner who helps create a seamless closing experience.
What You’ll Do
You’ll manage real estate escrow transactions from opening to closing, including establishing escrow accounts, reviewing instructions, preparing closing documents, balancing and disbursing funds, clearing title requirements, and coordinating with all parties to ensure accurate, timely settlements.
You’ll also:
Open and manage escrow files from start to finish
Review buyer, seller, lender, and title instructions
Prepare closing documents and settlement statements
Coordinate with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal teams
Resolve title issues, liens, encumbrances, and file requirements
Conduct closings, explain documents, and obtain signatures
Balance and disburse escrow funds accurately
Ensure compliance with company policy, regulatory requirements, and risk controls
Deliver a professional, responsive, and client-focused closing experience
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
2–4 years of related escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, or closing experience
Experience directly handling escrow transactions preferred
Valid licensing or certification as required by state regulations
Strong knowledge of escrow/title practices and real estate transactions
Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills
Confidence working with buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, lenders, and other transaction parties
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related escrow/title systems

This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
