Manage financial activity for construction projects from setup to closeout: forecasting, revenue recognition, invoicing, subcontractor billing/payments, cost control, change order auditing, monthly reporting, and supporting project teams on profitability and billing projections.

Manage post-award project documentation and workflows including CMiC project setup, submittals tracking, equipment monitoring, delivery coordination, and stakeholder communication. Ensure accurate document control, compliance with specifications, and drive process improvements to support timely project execution.

Lead proposal development and strategic pursuits; create high‑impact presentations and visual storytelling; track awarded projects and produce case studies; manage digital assets and project data (Cosential, OpenAsset, Salesforce); support marketing campaigns and coordinate photo/video and VDC visualization work.
