Leads digital product strategy and delivery for customer-facing mobile and web experiences. Defines product vision, researches customer problems, validates solutions, manages roadmaps and backlogs, coordinates cross-functional teams, mitigates risks, and ensures product quality and operational health. Partners with UX, technology, analytics, merchandising, finance, marketing, and store operations while facilitating Agile ceremonies, setting success criteria, monitoring launches, and coaching other product managers.

Coordinates marketing sprints, workstreams, campaigns, calendars, workflows, capacity planning, milestones, deliverables, and approvals. Facilitates Agile meetings, tracks execution, resolves or escalates roadblocks, improves processes, and serves as a communication hub across creative, strategy, production, channel, and brand teams.

Supports dashboards, reporting, and analytical insights focused on customer behavior, digital experiences, and business performance. Develops and maintains Power BI and Excel reporting solutions, analyzes trends and performance drivers, validates data quality, and translates stakeholder needs into scalable analytics tools. Collaborates with Customer, Product, Digital, Technology, data engineering, and analytics teams. Contributes to models, AI-enabled tools, self-service reporting, data governance, and communicating actionable insights to technical and business audiences.

Support apparel or graphics product development from concept to production: manage PLM and Smartsheet data, track samples, prepare trimsheets and artwork, ensure print/file specs, maintain design libraries and assets, and coordinate across design, tech, and production teams to meet seasonal timelines.

Manage product development and production with global vendors from design through delivery. Oversee RMS for PO issuance and maintenance, track samples, maintain production charts, resolve production issues, and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, profitable apparel.
