Build and maintain scalable backend microservices and developer-facing APIs, lead projects end-to-end, collaborate with product and engineering teams, design secure/versioned APIs, and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC.

Manage and grow a portfolio of multifamily operator clients, drive upsell/cross-sell, present performance data, forecast to goals, ensure HubSpot CRM accuracy, and travel monthly to meet partners.

Lead full-cycle recruiting across departments and levels, design sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers on hiring profiles and interview plans, advise on interviewing and offer strategy, and collaborate on onboarding.

Provide administrative and operational support to Partner Success, handle inbound tickets within SLAs, run group retrainings, schedule onboarding and partner meetings, maintain HubSpot records, perform audits, and escalate complex or high-risk issues with recommendations.
