Own full-cycle B2B sales to acquire net-new multifamily property management clients: prospect, conduct discovery, build demos, close deals, support account launches, represent the company at events, track pipeline and competitive intelligence, and partner with GTM, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to meet quota and improve sales processes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Drive product adoption, monitor referral pipelines, maintain HubSpot records, collaborate with AEs/AMs, meet KPIs/quotas, collect customer feedback, and represent the company at local events and periodic NYC visits.

Lead the Inside Partner Success team to deliver timely inbound support and outbound partner initiatives. Manage SLAs, KPIs, ticket resolution, CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Zendesk), coaching, cross-functional escalations, training programs, and data-driven improvements to drive partner adoption and program usage.

Build and maintain scalable microservices and developer-facing APIs to enable third-party client integrations. Develop secure, versioned APIs with strong developer experience, work end-to-end on projects, collaborate with engineering teams and leadership, and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC.

Convert manual spreadsheet-driven workflows into scalable, auditable systems, define data models and controls, partner with finance/accounting and engineering, and monitor metrics to improve reliability and efficiency across consumer, partner, broker, and business payment flows.

Lead and coach the Strategic Accounts team to acquire and grow enterprise clients, manage P&L and revenue targets, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasts, partner cross-functionally on product and GTM, and use data to improve client usage and uncover new revenue.

The AI Solutions Architect designs and implements AI-enabled solutions across operations, collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into production-ready systems.
