Drive new-logo sales and revenue growth for Wonderlic’s talent assessment and employee development solutions. Identify and prospect target clients, build relationships with HR and recruiting decision-makers, manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, close new business, and transition customers to Customer Success. Maintain expertise in products, market trends, and competitive conditions while providing strategic insights. The role requires B2B SaaS and HR technology sales experience, quota achievement, pipeline generation, and experience selling to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise buyers.

Own and advance Wonderlic's Jobs Engine to produce scalable, scientifically defensible job analysis using NLP and ML. Build and refine models that infer job content from unstructured text, integrate occupational taxonomies, ensure fairness and legal defensibility, and partner with product, engineering, and I-O teams to translate science into production systems and evaluation practices.
