Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-organizational hardware and infrastructure programs. Align roadmaps and resources across engineering, operations, and business teams, define scalable governance, track KPIs, remove blockers, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement and automation to increase engineering productivity and operational effectiveness.

Lead design and implementation of large-scale Pub/Sub and messaging services within Azure Event Grid/Microsoft Fabric. Define scalable, reliable architectures, drive testing and CI/CD automation, build developer tooling, mentor engineers, manage incident response and operational excellence, and collaborate with PMs, EMs, researchers, and customers to deliver production-ready cloud services.

Lead creation of complex pre-silicon and post-silicon verification environments and tests for AI accelerators. Define verification plans, develop testbenches (SystemVerilog/UVM), debug simulation/emulation, implement coverage and scoreboards, and build scalable verification tooling and scripts while collaborating across hardware, firmware, and architecture teams.

Define product vision and roadmap for enterprise AI readiness within Microsoft Security. Lead cross-functional teams to build secure, customer-facing experiences across identity, devices, data, governance, and cloud, measure adoption via telemetry, engage customers and stakeholders, and drive go-to-market and operational excellence.

Lead and grow Microsoft Security's compliance program by monitoring regulations, assessing applicability, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating implementations. Provide guidance on policy, risk management, incident response, and training. Build measurement frameworks and maturity models, stay current on regulatory changes, and advise senior leadership on compliance strategy.
