Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure AI-powered software solutions. Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, follow agile processes, and ensure Responsible AI, compliance, and security standards are met.

Own strategic, multi-year account plans for high-profile customers; build C-level relationships; drive large cloud sales and partner ecosystem initiatives; orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation and long-term customer value.

Lead strategy, governance, and operations for Microsofts global Inclusion Network ecosystem. Manage Program Managers, steward budgets and investments, build governance and escalation models, partner with executives and stakeholders, and modernize the ecosystem using AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to scale employee communities and measure impact.

Lead pricing strategy and profitability analysis for the Unified portfolio. Build long-range margin and discounting models, assess deal risks and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations. Partner with CE&S, Deal Desk, and Field Finance to scale pricing levers, optimize margins, and ensure compliance with policies.

Lead end-to-end hardware remediation and quality initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and data center operations. Influence partners, develop mitigation plans, automate workflows (including Agentic AI), perform cost/time/risk tradeoffs, and use data analysis to drive decisions while partnering with leadership to build inclusive high-performing teams.

Provide sales operations leadership for US Commercial Industries by delivering data-driven insights, coaching sales managers, enforcing sales process discipline, streamlining reporting, removing operational roadblocks, and partnering cross-functionally to accelerate growth and seller effectiveness.

Design, build, and test scalable readout circuitry for topological qubits across component, subsystem, and system levels. Codesign readout with qubit and control teams, analyze and present measurement results, develop engineering tools and processes, uphold safety protocols, and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
