Design, update, and maintain machine control systems for casting operations, including PLCs, robot programs, electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, fieldbus communications, data collection, and operator interfaces. Coordinate with engineering and maintenance, keep control documentation and backups, support Ethernet connectivity and machine standards, and participate in continuous improvement and safety practices.

Develop growth and profitability plans, manage pricing and negotiations, oversee business planning and target pursuits, build and develop global sales teams, support program launches, resolve customer quality/warranty issues, ensure compliance, and carry out managerial responsibilities.

Support new program launches and process changes (PPAP, ISIR, Control Plan). Coordinate cross-functional meetings, ensure quality checks on key characteristics, manage corrective actions and investigations, conduct product and system audits, meet customer quality targets (PPM, RMAs), perform customer onsite visits, and update FMEA occurrence values.

Serve as HR Business Partner for Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting, handling staffing, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, HRIS administration, talent management, employee relations, training, engagement surveys, and compliance. Support technical recruiting for engineering/R&D and coordinate intern programs, audits, and employee communications.

Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver automotive body/chassis projects on time, on budget, and to customer specifications. Manage APQP, quality systems (TS16949, ISO14001), customer/vendor interfaces, budgets, continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with Cosma program management processes.

Lead continuous improvement and manufacturing engineering activities for exterior automotive components. Facilitate Kaizen and Lean initiatives, apply SPC and statistical problem-solving, use AutoCAD and Microsoft tools, read blueprints, train and lead teams, and support quality, safety, and production processes.
