Manage accounts receivable from invoicing through collections, reconcile payments and general ledger, track capital and tooling, resolve customer disputes, collaborate with Sales/Customer Service/Finance, assist month‑/year‑end close and audits, and maintain accurate financial records.

Support day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, expense reports, and capital. Assist on special projects: supplier statement reconciliation, sales and use tax, and capital asset inventory. Work with systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Concur, and Microsoft tools; opportunity to build Excel skills.

Support deployment, commissioning, programming, and integration of automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, robotics, vision, AMRs) across manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot systems, collaborate with plant teams, vendors and integrators, drive standardization and scaling of automation best practices, and improve operational uptime and efficiency.

Lead and support R&D and product/process development for camera and vision systems, run trials and integrate vision solutions, link failures to FMEAs and control plans, perform audits and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality (QS9000), maintenance, and safety standards while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
