Manage HR activities as a strategic partner to operations and sales leaders, leading talent management and HR initiatives across D2C operations.

Drive regional revenue and EBITDA growth through sales, pipeline management, and data-driven retention strategies. Manage opportunities in Salesforce, develop new-business strategies, conduct QBRs, negotiate contracts, forecast performance, and collaborate with Operations and Finance. Travel frequently to support customers, ensure satisfaction, and optimize networks while supporting VP of Business Development on sales initiatives.
