Develop and validate model-based embedded software for ADAS features. Responsibilities include MATLAB/Simulink model and code implementation, model reviews, code generation, static analysis, MIL/SIL testing, AUTOSAR RTE configuration, Classic AUTOSAR component integration, sensor and system performance analysis, calibration tuning, and software signoff. Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, Ford Credit, and General Management while creating executive presentations and driving clarity on complex business problems.

Architects and develops vehicle features from concept through production, defining electrical and software system architectures, specifications, safety and cybersecurity assessments, and validation plans. Uses MATLAB, Simulink, Python, and software-in-the-loop testing to validate control strategies. Builds BDD/Gherkin automation for requirement traceability, leads DFMEA and quality workshops, analyzes warranty metrics, and collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers to improve vehicle feature quality, cost, and performance.
