Lead Ford's global additive manufacturing strategy and operations: deploy and optimize a fleet of 3D printers, architect the digital thread from generative design to robotic assembly, drive commercial KPIs and revenue, scale hardware and software globally, and build a world-class team to design and assemble Ford's custom printers.

Lead technical ownership of vehicle heat exchangers including design, materials (aluminum alloys), brazing manufacturing, and corrosion testing. Create and maintain engineering documents, coach engineers, troubleshoot launch/quality/field issues, assess supplier designs, support legal and global teams, and drive cost-reduction and sourcing recommendations. Develop, validate, and maintain on-board diagnostic (OBD) solutions for electrified and conventional powertrains. Create Simulink signal-processing prototypes, perform HIL/on-road/dynamometer data collection, author analysis scripts in MATLAB/Python, collaborate cross-functionally, and resolve software and calibration OBD issues to meet global regulatory requirements.

Drive procurement of indirect software and services through data analysis, sourcing (RFI/RFP/RFQ), contract negotiation (SOWs/SLAs), supplier relationship management, onboarding due diligence, and category roadmap development to deliver cost savings and mitigate risk.

Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive: manage calendar and correspondence, coordinate complex travel and itineraries, prepare meeting materials and reports, organize events and logistics, screen communications, take meeting notes and track action items, maintain records and archives, and support special projects while protecting confidentiality and ensuring efficient time and data management across time zones.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and compliance for Global Design across multiple pillars. Track projects end-to-end, authorize capital, process transactions, audit purchase orders, and produce executive reports. Partner with Corporate Finance to optimize funding, identify cost savings, and implement process and digital tool improvements (Excel, PowerBI, AI) to ensure accurate forecasts and financial integrity up to five years out.

Design and release engine components for V8 Coyote/Predator programs. Create and own 3D models and 2D drawings, lead CPMT and WERS activities, manage Tier 1 suppliers, support CAE analysis and dynamometer testing, develop validation tests and quality documentation, and support program launch and cross-functional meetings. Domestic and international travel as required.

Lead conversational AI analytics by cleaning and integrating multi-source telemetry in GCP, applying NLP and ML to categorize utterances, evaluate AI responses, run A/B experiments, and build executive dashboards in Looker and Power BI to inform product decisions and bridge mobile-to-vehicle analytics.
