Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), ensure US GAAP and SEC compliance, manage audits, perform technical accounting research, drive reporting modernization with automation/AI, collaborate cross-functionally, and build and mentor a high-performing controllership team.

Lead end-to-end direct mail marketing campaigns: define targeting and suppression logic, execute and validate data pipelines, manage offshore execution, measure ROI and experiment results, partner with marketing and third parties to optimize audiences and campaign performance, and present insights to senior leadership.

Provide phone, chat, and email support to SoFi members for Brokerage, Robo, and retirement accounts. Educate on margin, options, and equities; resolve operational and technical issues; assist with account openings, funding, monitoring, and investment-related inquiries; collaborate with product and management to improve processes.

Lead and manage secured commercial real estate lending operations across origination, underwriting, credit administration, portfolio monitoring, and servicing.
