Pursue and acquire high-value strategic accounts among municipalities, government agencies, and public-sector organizations. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, executive relationship management, complex sales-cycle ownership, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, territory planning, and cross-functional coordination through implementation. Lead customer research, problem validation, roadmap prioritization, cross-functional delivery, and lifecycle management alongside engineering and design. Define outcome-based requirements, success metrics, and go-to-market contributions while partnering with legal, compliance, operations, sales, and leadership. Drive measurable improvements in customer experience, adoption, revenue, retention, and operational efficiency.

Develops, delivers, and maintains onboarding, refresher, implementation, and continuous-improvement training. Assesses learning needs, designs instructional materials across e-learning, virtual, and in-person formats, monitors trainee performance and compliance, mentors employees, evaluates training effectiveness, reports outcomes, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives.

Supervise event-processing operations by managing staffing, inventory, forecasts, service-level requirements, employee performance, training materials, and customer escalations. Coach and develop employees, conduct one-on-one meetings, address attendance and behavior issues with HR, support process changes, and build relationships with internal departments, customers, and vendors. Ensure high-quality, efficient production and strong employee engagement.

Lead transformation to a product operating model for Government Solutions, define product vision and portfolio strategy, coach and scale product teams, drive discovery-first delivery across hardware, AI, SaaS and services, partner with engineering on platform modernization (APIs, microservices, cloud), engage government customers and stakeholders, and measure success via outcome-driven business metrics.
