Position Overview:
- Evaluate and process high volumes of customer and citizen requests in accordance with applicable business rules, procedures, and statutes.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer-specific business rules and requirements to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with established business requirements, procedures, and company standards.
- Review work for accuracy and completeness and take appropriate action to resolve missing or incorrect information prior to completion.
- Identify and escalate complex requests, processing issues, or potential SLA risks to the appropriate team member or leadership.
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens and clients.
- Process requests received from internal operational and support teams as required.
- Meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and performance expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to completed work and correspondence.
- Sort, scan, and process incoming mail correspondence, requiring an in-office presence 2–3 days per week based on business needs to support mail handling and other on-site operational requirements.
