Provide technical support and lead resolution of equipment reliability issues at a nuclear power plant. Perform technical evaluations (failure investigations, 10CFR 50.59 screens, Maintenance Rule reviews, design changes), coordinate projects, present recommendations, and support maintenance and operations on emergent plant issues while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Prepare journals, reconciliations, and monthly reports; analyze financial transactions; ensure accuracy and compliance; support process improvements; mentor junior staff; coordinate cross-functional accounting and reporting to meet deadlines and aid management decision-making.

Provide technical engineering support for gas and steam turbines, generators, and balance-of-plant equipment. Duties include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, maintenance strategy development, outage planning and oversight, vendor coordination, economic justification for projects, and fleetwide rotating equipment support while collaborating with operations, maintenance, reliability, procurement, and external vendors.

Execute routine data validation and rate analysis, maintain product rate structures and documentation, support product launches and stakeholder coordination, update internal tools and databases, review customer-facing content, and leverage AI/automation to improve data processing. Availability outside core hours required.

Plan, lead, and execute operational audits of power plants assessing controls over safety, environmental compliance, maintenance, reliability, and outage planning. Use data analytics and plant system data (Maximo, SAP) to test controls, report findings, recommend remediation, lead on-site walkdowns, and follow up on corrective actions.

Drive pricing and margin optimization through economic, financial, competitive, and pricing analysis. Build and maintain pricing models, monitor customer margins, produce ad hoc analysis and Tableau dashboards, gather competitive intelligence, and support pricing strategy to meet growth and financial goals.
