Key Accountabilities:
- Developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives and drive insights that impact business decisions.
- Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
- Conducting advanced analysis using statistical tools and software, such as R or Python.
- Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Mentoring and coaching junior data analysts and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
- 7-9 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Advanced experience in SQL programming, statistical analysis and data modeling
- Extensive experience in statistical software, such as R, SAS, or Python.
- Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives.
- Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of team initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable
- Experience developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Demonstrate advanced analytic skills and attention to detail
