Leads technology services process improvement, application support, automation, metrics, documentation, testing, and enterprise initiatives. Partners with business, technology, architecture, development, and vendor teams to improve service quality and user adoption. Evaluates business cases through NPV, ROI, and customer lifetime value analysis, develops financial variance narratives, and presents channel performance insights to leadership. Partners cross-functionally with marketing and finance teams to optimize channel mix, spending, targets, and operational processes.

Provides PMO support for development and construction projects by managing milestones, schedules, risks, issues, changes, contracts, documentation, governance, reporting, and project records. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and contractors; supports critical-path analysis, recovery planning, executive updates, stage-gate activities, and continuous process improvement. Maintains accurate, audit-ready project information and promotes consistent project management standards.

Supports accounting and reporting operations by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, monthly reports, and close activities. Partners with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, achieve measurable savings, maintain procurement data, manage contract renewals, and support supplier diversity initiatives.

Performs essential accounting tasks, verifies data for reporting and analysis, supports daily accounting operations, follows controls and procedures, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with teams to meet deadlines. The role also develops accounting skills through hands-on experience and learning opportunities while applying foundational knowledge of the accounting close process.

Leads strategic marketing transaction and budget planning for the residential business. Develops forecasts, data models, simulations, dashboards, profitability analyses, sensitivity analyses, and business cases using Python, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI. Partners with marketing and finance teams to evaluate opportunities, set targets, optimize channel mix and spending, automate processes, and present performance insights to leadership.

Lead design and delivery of highly available, self-healing cloud-native data and ML platforms on AWS. Build and maintain Kubernetes-based deployments, data ingestion pipelines, ML workloads (Airflow, REST APIs), monitoring, and DevSecOps practices. Partner with stakeholders, define data policies, drive platform improvements, support operations, and document processes to meet SLAs and business objectives.
