Builds and develops engineering leaders, manages organizational capacity, drives process improvements, and ensures predictable delivery across global teams.

Designs and scales internal AI solutions that improve software engineering productivity. Builds agentic workflows, RAG applications, developer tools, reusable SDKs, reference implementations, and AI enablement assets. Partners with engineering teams to productionize AI use cases, establish evaluation and responsible-use practices, and optimize reliability, performance, and cost. Provides technical guidance, documentation, workshops, and adoption support across the organization.

Responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue quotas within an assigned territory.
