Lead and scale New Relic's global competitive intelligence program covering observability, monitoring, and AIOps. Build technical battlecards, playbooks, and a CI platform; run win/loss analysis; brief executives and GTM; integrate CI into CRM and enablement tools; and deploy AI/agentic workflows to keep competitive content actionable across Sales, Product, and Marketing.

Manage daily cash operations, liquidity, credit facilities, and short- and long-term cash forecasting. Modernize banking infrastructure and TMS, automate treasury workflows, administer global banking portals, ensure KYC/compliance, and deliver treasury projects while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
