Produce daily and enterprise local news stories: generate ideas, develop sources, conduct interviews, gather and edit video and sound, deliver live shots, and meet tight broadcast deadlines while upholding journalistic ethics.

Design, develop, configure, test, upgrade, and maintain reusable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and integrations. Paid hands-on internship in TV engineering and production. Interns train in production (floor directing, camera operation, prompter, editing, directing), air/master control operations, broadcast engineering (installation/repair/support), and IT. Scheduled up to 24 hours/week with supervised equipment use and rotation through departments to gain deeper training in chosen areas.

Support product, content, and revenue teams by building and maintaining dashboards, performing ad hoc analyses of user engagement and monetization, validating data quality, and analyzing A/B test results to translate findings into clear insights that inform product and business decisions.
