Requires technical sales expertise, flow-control industry knowledge, negotiation skills, and 15–25% regional travel.

Hands-on Manufacturing Engineer responsible for site SHEA leadership, hazard abatement, manual machining and pump assembly workflow optimization, tooling and fixture design, capital projects, shop layout improvements, and continuous improvement. The role partners with machinists, mechanics, vendors, and safety specialists to improve safety, quality, and efficiency in an industrial pump repair facility.

Performs accounting and month-end close activities under US GAAP, including journal entries, general ledger analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset support, quarterly reporting, and SOX compliance. Provides market intelligence, sales guidance, training, reporting, and customer support while promoting medium-high and rough vacuum pumping solutions across industrial applications.

Own sales growth across Montana, Northern Wyoming, and Western North Dakota by advising industrial end users and distributors on mechanical seals, centrifugal pumps, and rotating equipment. Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting, equipment sizing, reliability consultation, proposal development, negotiations, channel partner coordination, and warranty follow-up. Regular regional travel and plant visits are required.

Designs and develops PCB hardware, wiring, electronic packaging, motor and power-electronics systems for actuation products. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, BOM maintenance, validation, EMC/EMI and certification testing, manufacturing support, documentation, production launches, technical leadership, and global product support. The role also provides engineering assistance for valve designs, prototypes, cost reduction, obsolescence management, and training.

Develops customer and trade-organization relationships, drives bookings, manages proposals and customer concerns, and supports solution selling for rotating pumps, mechanical seals, and related equipment. Creates regional marketing plans, presents product capabilities, coordinates with engineering, service, manufacturing, and channel partners, maintains sales records, and advises customers on return on investment. Requires customer-site physical activity, including walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing stairs or ladders.

Develops mechatronics control strategies, electronics hardware concepts, platform architectures, and proof-of-concept systems for industrial products. Responsibilities include hardware and application simulation, electronic control of mechanical systems, industrial drive and low-power electronics development, partner hardware oversight, and support for global product teams. The role also evaluates emerging technologies, contributes to innovation and commercialization, and provides technical leadership across multinational development projects.

Drive technical commercial growth and account strategies for chemical, refining, and petrochemical customers. Lead control valve sizing, severe-service solution design, technical quotations, RFQ and purchase-order reviews, turnaround support, and aftermarket sales. Build relationships with plant engineering, maintenance, reliability, and procurement teams while mentoring junior sales and application engineers.
