Lead global S&OP, demand, supply, inventory and material planning for an Engineer-to-Order business. Drive S&OP process maturity, integration activities, digital transformation, business continuity, and talent development. Drive enterprise new-business sales across a defined territory (NYC/NJ/DE/PA), owning RFP responses, demos, and regional sales plans. Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and operations in a matrix organization to meet financial targets. Requires security access-control and video industry sales expertise and frequent customer engagement (up to 50% travel).

Lead global engineering program management for UOP, overseeing planning, execution, NPI, budgets, resources, quality, and regulatory compliance. Drive process improvements, coordinate cross-functional teams and M&A support, and build a high-performing engineering organization.

The role involves configuring and optimizing the Production Planning and Quality Management modules within SAP S/4 HANA, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing training and ongoing support.
