Design, operate, and improve Bandwidth's global IP network: datacenter VxLAN/EVPN fabrics, BGP WAN routing, Palo Alto firewall management, network automation (Python/Ansible), troubleshooting, POCs, mentoring, on-call support, and documentation.

Own and grow a portfolio of large strategic accounts by building executive relationships, forecasting accurately, identifying cross-sell opportunities for voice, messaging, and e911, negotiating contracts, mitigating risk, and driving revenue while coordinating cross-functional resources and presenting account plans to leadership.

Design, develop, and deploy internal automation, API integrations, and AI-powered tools. Build user-facing apps (React, FastAPI), integrate platforms (n8n, Windmill), support Snowflake data pipelines, write Python/JavaScript scripts, and ensure secure, tested, and documented solutions with stakeholder collaboration.

Build, operate, and iterate on voice systems that process billions of calls monthly. Design and implement web services and service-oriented architectures, collaborate across teams, own code end-to-end, apply AI in development, and ensure reliability, scalability, and monitoring of production systems.
