Design and develop next-generation cushioning systems using advanced parametric CAD and hands-on prototyping. Collaborate with designers, developers, and manufacturing partners to create manufacturable, performance-driven foam and plastic components, iterate via prototyping and testing, and translate innovations into scalable inline products while communicating technical concepts to cross-functional teams.

Lead Color Designer responsible for developing color stories for Streetwear Icons (e.g., AJ1, Retro), collaborating with material, graphic, and footwear teams, translating concepts through product development, presenting color proposals, and researching cultural and consumer trends to drive product direction across seasons.
