Lead innovative footwear design for Global Jordan’s streetwear category, developing products from concept through production. Collaborate with engineering, materials, marketing, research, sustainability, manufacturing, and athlete teams to create performance-driven, iconic, and cost-conscious designs. Develop concepts, technical drawings, tech packs, sketches, illustrations, renderings, prototypes, and presentations. Partner with executive leaders to identify priorities, develop integrated growth plans, create future strategies, and assess business impact. Lead cross-functional teams, define workstreams, conduct strategic analysis, synthesize insights into executive presentations, establish success metrics, and support organization-wide strategy communication.

Supports technology enablement and finance transformation across global Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes. Partners with Finance Operations, Technology, MSP/BPO teams, and process owners to define requirements, evaluate solutions, triage issues, analyze root causes, support implementations and upgrades, validate automation outputs, and improve controls and operational efficiency. The role also contributes to testing, documentation, training, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads North America marketing and places procurement category strategy, with emphasis on media procurement. Builds stakeholder and supplier partnerships, analyzes spend and market intelligence, identifies value and risk opportunities, guides sourcing and contracting execution, and develops governance, performance frameworks, executive communications, and scalable procurement practices.

Lead color strategy and seasonal storytelling across Nike Performance Footwear franchises. Develop palettes, color applications, and cohesive product journeys informed by consumer, cultural, marketplace, and trend insights. Collaborate with design, marketing, merchandising, development, graphics, and product teams to deliver commercially impactful footwear. Mentor color designers, influence brand direction, and ensure accurate, consistent execution from concept through commercialization.

Leads Core Footwear color design strategy, seasonal direction, trend research, color palettes, narratives, and product execution. Manages and mentors designers while partnering with footwear, materials, innovation, merchandising, development, brand, and vendor teams. Drives culturally relevant color solutions across performance and lifestyle footwear, oversees samples and achievability, presents concepts to executives and external partners, and shapes long-term product color vision.

Develop and scale AI/ML platform services supporting model training, serving, and management. Build microservices and paved-path solutions for data scientists and ML engineers, evaluate platform capabilities, and support personalization, recommendation, search, and other machine learning use cases. Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and agent development teams while contributing to architecture, technical design, code reviews, and improved development practices.
