Leads a team of Expense Management Account Executives, owning pipeline creation, sales goals, win rates, and quota achievement. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, sales strategy execution, team development, strategic customer involvement, and collaboration with product teams. The role also supports bringing new products to market and building a high-performing sales culture within the B2B payments business.

Drive sales growth for WEX Expense Management by identifying expansion opportunities within existing customers. Prospect, build pipelines, manage territories, conduct consultative discovery and presentations, maintain Salesforce records, meet sales KPIs, forecast accurately, and close business with finance and operational leaders. The role sells payment processing, virtual card issuing, and expense management solutions while competing against incumbent providers.

Own the technical direction and delivery of WEX’s data acquisition platform. Build reusable, high-performance batch, CDC, and streaming ingestion services with schema validation, reconciliation, recovery, lineage, security, observability, and auditability. Lead architecture and code reviews, establish testing and CI/CD practices, mentor engineers, resolve cross-team dependencies, and support production escalations. The role requires hands-on development of scalable distributed systems and configuration-driven connectors.

Manage COBRA and Direct Bill plan setup, maintenance, member accounts, balances, files, forms, and payments.
