Acquire and grow mid-market customers for AI-powered customer experience, contact center, unified communications, and business communication solutions. Generate pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, partners, and inbound opportunities; manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles; conduct consultative discovery; develop account plans; present solutions; maintain CRM data and forecasts; use AI-enabled sales tools and analytics; and collaborate with marketing, partners, solution consultants, customer success, and product teams.

Lead a distributed healthcare engineering team of approximately 9–10 engineers across the United States and India. Provide people leadership, structure healthcare technology projects, drive execution, and apply expertise in U.S. healthcare systems, FHIR interoperability, and data privacy. The role requires managing complex healthcare initiatives, guiding technical decisions, supporting customer-driven opportunities, and translating healthcare requirements into effective engineering delivery while encouraging responsible AI and automation adoption.

Run full-cycle sales for 21–200 employee accounts across inbound, channel, chat, and outbound. Qualify using MEDDPICC, demo products, build mutual success plans, manage a Salesforce pipeline, forecast accurately, and close multi-product UCaaS/CCaaS/SaaS deals within 30–90 day cycles.

Manage approximately 2,500 customer accounts through proactive outreach, outbound calls, email follow-ups, product walkthroughs, and relationship management. Identify expansion, renewal, and add-on opportunities while partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams. Track customer activity and insights in Salesforce, maintain satisfaction, support customer adoption, and contribute to team outreach strategies.

Lead end-to-end product design across desktop and mobile, partner with Product and Engineering, engage customers for research, create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, evolve design systems, validate with usability testing and analytics, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate design and implementation.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for mid-market CX and BPO solutions. Conduct customer discovery, prioritize omnichannel and AI investments, partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science and GTM to deliver features, drive launches and adoption, define success metrics, and influence executives using data-driven recommendations.

Sell Nextiva's Unified-CXM to small businesses (≤20 employees) by prospecting, managing pipeline, leading discovery, delivering tailored demos, creating urgency, closing deals, using AI tools to optimize outreach, and keeping accurate Salesforce documentation to meet quotas.

Work directly with customers to configure and deploy AI Employees using Nextiva's platform. Translate business requirements into prompts, deterministic conversation flows, routing logic, workflows, and simple API-enabled tools. Test, document, train customers, and share feedback with product and engineering while learning prompt engineering and AI implementation practices under mentorship.
