Own partnership opportunities through strategy, business-case development, negotiation, contracting, launch, and ongoing relationship management. Coordinate issuers, networks, banks, and internal teams while driving adoption, transaction growth, and partnership KPIs. Provide market insights, influence product priorities, and lead complex multiparty initiatives.

Represents Paze at industry events and maintains detailed opportunity records in Salesforce. Travel up to 50% is required.

Leads strategic, technology-intensive programs from ideation through market launch, managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and quality. Establishes program-management processes, tools, templates, and best practices; coordinates cross-functional and external partners; reports progress to executives; and develops a high-performing program-management team. Requires extensive experience in regulated industries or software development, large-scale product launches, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and B2B SaaS product delivery.

Leads Paze’s strategic partnerships with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Owns executive relationships, account strategy, partner growth, commercial commitments, performance scorecards, and business development. Builds and manages the payment network strategic accounts team, informs product and go-to-market strategy, drives adoption and transaction growth, and provides market intelligence, forecasting, and analytics. Requires extensive payments experience, strategic account leadership, executive influence, and team-building capabilities.

The Product Marketing Director will lead Paze product marketing strategy across ecommerce and emerging payment experiences. Responsibilities include segmentation, positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, product launches, customer and market insights, roadmap recommendations, performance measurement, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Insights, Partnerships, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Communications.

Lead SRE work partnering with development teams to design and implement availability, scalability, observability, and automation for production systems. Build tooling, manage incident response and RCAs, optimize capacity and performance, mentor engineers, maintain runbooks, and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Provides enterprise-level technical leadership for site reliability engineering across production services. Improves reliability, scalability, observability, deployment, automation, incident response, resilience, capacity management, and operational readiness. Establishes SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and technical direction while partnering with software engineering teams. Leads critical incident response, reduces operational toil, and develops reusable engineering practices, tooling, and platforms that improve organizational capability.
