Leads the enterprise cybersecurity program, including strategy, risk management, security operations, architecture, vulnerability management, incident response, identity security, data protection, third-party risk, and security awareness. Oversees cybersecurity controls, metrics, remediation, and executive reporting while partnering with infrastructure, DevSecOps, applications, and technology teams. Requires cybersecurity leadership, CISSP certification, risk communication, and expertise across cloud, endpoint, identity, and information security.

Lead mechanical capital projects for steel fabrication: design mechanical systems, specify and procure equipment, manage budgets/timelines, oversee installation, ensure compliance and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Manage general ledger including journal entries, lease accounting (ASC 842), reconciliations, intercompany accounting, month-end close, audit support, cost allocations, inventory reconciliation, AP review, and process improvements.

Lead and supervise accounting operations including AR, AP, general ledger, intercompany reconciliations, month-end close, fixed assets, leases, and audits. Ensure US GAAP compliance, improve processes and Oracle ERP utilization, manage CapEx/CIP tracking, support tax and reporting, and mentor accounting staff.

Manage union payroll activities, prepare and review union reports and certified payrolls, support payroll tax analysis and reconciliations, assist with payroll close processes and audits, research and resolve payroll compliance issues, maintain documentation, and support payroll operations and projects.

Lead and execute federal, state, and international tax compliance and provisions (ASC 740); support audits, sales tax processes, M&A tax diligence, tax planning, and cross‑functional advisory. Coordinate with external advisors and global tax teams, research tax law changes, and drive process improvements.
