Outbound inside-sales role that makes calls and emails to prospect and existing customers, qualifies leads, sets meetings for Account Managers, opens dealer accounts, records activity in Salesforce/CRM, and builds customer relationships to identify ProAV sales opportunities.

Individual contributor responsible for driving growth for assigned product lines through vendor and reseller partnerships, sales enablement, project-level technical support, market analysis, and coordinated go-to-market activities. Supports sales teams, assists with product specification into projects, develops vendor programs, and delivers written industry insights. Role requires travel and may shift between proactive sales and enablement duties.

Manage end-to-end product launches and digital shelf readiness for house brands. Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee creative assets, photography and video, ensure PDP content accuracy and optimization, support marketing campaign execution, and maintain organized brand assets to improve conversion, organic rank, and customer engagement.

Responsible for reviewing and approving purchase requisitions, optimizing inventory across DCs, monitoring supply plans and forecasts, conducting ad-hoc analyses, building reports/dashboards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve procurement and planning processes.

Review, code, match, and enter vendor invoices; reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies; prepare payments and documentation; respond to vendor/internal inquiries; verify vendor statements; monitor discounts and issue stop payments or PO amendments; perform data-entry and special projects as assigned.

Lead Korber WMS implementations and support: troubleshoot WMS and integrations, document business requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, train and mentor super users, collaborate with stakeholders, respond to helpdesk tickets, and maintain/enhance WMS solutions.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk and onsite support for Windows PC environments: troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and phone issues; log and follow up on tickets; deploy and image devices; assist onboarding; maintain inventory; escalate complex issues.

Provide L2/L3 administration and operational support for Windows, Active Directory, and Azure environments. Manage VMs, VNets/NSGs, backups, monitoring, hybrid identity (Entra Connect), patching, backup/restore, log analysis, and collaborate with networking, security, application, and database teams. Document configurations and follow lead architect standards.

Paid, full-time summer internship at corporate headquarters. Learn to review and redline commercial contracts, draft concise contract summaries and research notes on common clauses, and support policy and playbook improvements. Participate in a meaningful project and career workshops while gaining exposure to departmental functions.

Support major retail e-commerce accounts by managing product listings, promotions, availability, and order flow. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute launches, resolve customer issues, and optimize online merchandising while developing analytics and account management skills.
