Provides remote and onsite technical support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and infrastructure issues. Installs and manages computers and IT devices, supports employee onboarding, manages help desk tickets in Freshservice, coordinates equipment repairs, follows up on issue resolution, and assists with hardware and software inventory and infrastructure support.

Manage and grow a portfolio of large hospitality national accounts through consultative inside sales, relationship management, quoting, order preparation, customer support, and upselling. Partner with outside sales and internal teams to create demand, resolve issues, manage pricing registrations, and deliver a streamlined, high-touch customer experience. Identify growth opportunities, navigate customer organizations, and support both short and long sales cycles.

Supports and improves internal applications and data integration processes. Responsibilities include developing and troubleshooting C# APIs, writing and optimizing MS-SQL queries and procedures, maintaining data pipelines, documenting code and testing updates, and contributing to business process modernization. The role also involves exploring AI-assisted development tools and learning platforms including Holbi, Dell Boomi, and AS400.

Analyzes and approves purchase requisitions, optimizes inventory across distribution centers, monitors supply plans and demand forecasts, and identifies planning risks. Develops reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights for procurement, inventory, and forecasting decisions. Collaborates with purchasing, category management, finance, operations, and business leaders while supporting process improvements, planning tools, documentation, and user training.

Manage and grow dealer accounts across an assigned territory, provide superior dealer support (orders, logistics, training, promotions), gather market intelligence, and prospect for new business. Heavy travel (up to 80%) to call on customers, coordinate with internal teams, and drive sales revenue and net earnings.

Design, build, and govern end-to-end Power BI reports and dashboards. Scope requirements with business stakeholders, develop data models and DAX, manage datasets/dataflows, enforce dashboard governance, audit performance and accuracy, provide user enablement, and maintain workspaces, RLS, and distribution in Power BI Service.

Provide administrative and operational support for a distribution center: front-desk duties, scheduling, document management, shipping/receiving records, vendor coordination, IT issue escalation, metrics tracking, HR and safety administration, employee engagement, and general office/facility coordination to free DC leadership for operational priorities.

Provide hands-on commercial legal support for U.S. and Canadian operations: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; manage contract lifecycle; advise on regulatory, compliance, ESG, export controls and antitrust matters; coordinate external counsel; and support U.S. corporate governance and entity management.
