Administer and maintain IBM i (AS/400) platform to ensure stability, security, performance, and high availability for RPG-based ERP/WMS. Drive growth of AV services by identifying and closing service sales opportunities, managing the services pipeline in Salesforce, engaging customers and partners, analyzing market trends, and recommending new service offerings to leadership.

Designs, supports, and sustains legacy RF-based and hybrid RF/IPTV video delivery systems for healthcare, hospitality, and commercial clients. Acts as primary technical escalation, performs advanced troubleshooting, documents system designs and migration strategies, configures Z-Band/commercial TV control tech, and participates in after-hours support and retrofit/integration projects.

Support design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across the U.S. and Canada. Perform job evaluations, market pricing, compensation costing, and data validation. Support annual merit/bonus cycles, HRIS (Dayforce) data maintenance, compliance reporting (401(k), pay equity, EEO-1), and Total Rewards projects. Provide analytical insights, maintain job/leveling frameworks, and assist audits and FMLA/classification reviews.

Manage and optimize Amazon Vendor and Seller Central accounts, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, promotions, and SKU onboarding. Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service. Track performance metrics, reconcile Cost Support Agreements, troubleshoot catalog/content issues, and recommend strategies to grow brand presence and profitability on Amazon.
