Manage the administrative, compliance, and commission processes for real estate transactions from listing or contract through closing. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking documents, monitoring deadlines, validating compliance and commission records, supporting agents with payout questions, and coordinating with lenders, attorneys, title companies, managers, and support teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, contract comprehension, and customer service skills. Work is primarily remote with in-office work twice monthly at a Florida Compass office.

Drive revenue and partner growth by building and managing relationships with real estate agents and brokerages, developing growth strategies and programs, and executing initiatives to increase agent engagement and company market share.
