At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.

As Compass continues to scale, our agent network remains our most powerful growth engine. We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to take end-to-end operational ownership of our Agent Introduction Program (AIP). In this role, you will transition the program into its next phase of maturity; managing the complete lifecycle of agent-submitted referrals, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring a seamless experience for both our growth teams and referring agents.

You will join the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, and serve as the ultimate champion for the systems, data, and compliance guidelines that fuel our new agent acquisition pipeline.

*Please Note - This role is 100% in office out of our Boston Office

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Program & Management: Oversee the daily operations of the referral program, routing and resolving inquiries from agents, Strategic Growth Partners (SGPs), and Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs). You will support the program lifecycle; overseeing the end-to-end flow of inbound referrals from initial submission to a successful join.
  • Process Optimization: You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the current sales process to maximize team efficiency. This involves reviewing existing workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and designing automated solutions that reduce manual data entry and repetitive tasks. By streamlining our workflows, you will enable the sales team to move fast in their sales cycle.
  • Salesforce Architecture Ownership: Build, maintain, and update records in Salesforce to ensure validation of referral introductions and comprehensive documentation
  • Incentive & Reward Governance: Oversee the quarterly payment and grant cycles for program incentives. Partner with Finance and Operations to validate and distribute rewards.
  • Escalation & Policy Resolution: Act as the ultimate referee for complex program rules. You will resolve highly sensitive scenarios and navigate accountability escalations when communication gaps occur.
  • Process Optimization & Scalability: Continually audit the referral pipeline to identify operational bottlenecks. You will design automated workflow solutions within Salesforce to eliminate manual data entry, reduce cycle times, and ensure compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the central connective tissue uniting the Growth team and cross functional teams to keep our goals and downstream operations perfectly synchronized.
What We’re Looking For
  • B.A. or B.S.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Basic analytical skills: proficient in Google Sheets/Excel with the ability to gather, clean, and interpret complex operational data to surface actionable pipeline insights for senior leadership.
  • High Emotional Intelligence & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage high-stakes, sensitive partner escalations with diplomacy and poise.
  • Autonomy & Problem Solving: A proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment and can execute judgment without direct daily supervision.
  • Compliance Mindset: Strong attention to detail with an understanding of program policy governance and basic regulatory guardrails.
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Polished visual, written, and oral presentation skills
  • Ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter attitude, and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and glass-half-full mentality
  • Familiarity with PowerBI and Salesforce a plus

Compensation:

The salary pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
