Coordinates response timelines and deadlines, administers discounts and pricing systems, maintains databases and reports, and supports post-award customer follow-up. Serves as a contract administration resource for account managers and clients.

Administers and governs enterprise SaaS platforms including Atlassian and Zendesk. Responsibilities include platform configuration, automation, integrations, identity and access management, security, ITSM workflows, reporting, documentation, troubleshooting, change control, and lifecycle management. The engineer supports projects, develops APIs and automated provisioning processes, evaluates AI-enabled capabilities, optimizes operational metrics, and collaborates with engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve service efficiency and user experience.

Designs concurrency-safe solutions, supports testing and application services, and works with Oracle Support to resolve issues. The role requires three days per week in the Nashville office.
