Manage publisher advertising for assigned clients to meet annual sales goals. Build and maintain publisher relationships, create strategic marketing proposals, manage co-op budgets and ad spend, ensure contract fulfillment, coordinate reporting across advertising products, collaborate with publisher sales and internal teams, and provide exceptional customer service.

Review customer accounts and billing activity to identify discrepancies in pricing, shipping, taxes and returns.
