Conduct data analyses, identify product and business improvement opportunities, communicate actionable recommendations, build metrics and dashboards, and support strategic decisions. The role requires customer-facing discovery, technical fluency in configuring and troubleshooting Notion workflows, commercial awareness, and strong program and stakeholder management.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for corporate services. Partner with HR, Facilities, Legal, Finance, InfoSec, and others to run RFx events, negotiate commercial terms, manage supplier performance, reduce risk, and deliver measurable savings and cost avoidance while enabling timely business decisions.

Lead product launches and long-term adoption programs for core Notion features. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to shape messaging, competitive positioning, release communications, sales enablement, and lifecycle campaigns that drive awareness and sustained feature adoption.

The Tax Lead will oversee U.S. and global tax reporting, quarterly and annual tax provisions, compliance, audits, withholding, transfer pricing, and tax controversy matters. The role supports IPO readiness, SEC reporting, SOX controls, tax forecasting, M&A due diligence, and tax-efficient global structures. It also develops automation and process improvements, advises leadership on tax risks, partners across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Treasury, and mentors the tax team.

Build and maintain corporate security controls across identity, endpoints, and SaaS. Harden IAM (Okta, Google Workspace), run endpoint security for a macOS-first fleet, secure AI tool usage, reduce SaaS risk with SSPM and automation, and write Python/Terraform to automate access reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and audit evidence. Partner with Detection & Response and support SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance and corporate incident response.

Own and scale Notion's global early career recruiting strategy across internships, new grad hiring, and early-in-career pipelines. Build and lead a high-performing team, advise senior leaders, adopt AI and automation, design internship and conversion programs, track key metrics, and partner on employer branding and campus/community partnerships to attract diverse early talent.
