Lead development and execution of enterprise communication and public affairs strategies for internal and external stakeholders. Produce and edit executive-level materials, briefings, multimedia, and digital content. Coordinate messaging, branding, outreach events, and stakeholder engagement. Maintain workflows, templates, standards, and performance tracking to ensure consistent, timely communications across DoD and federal environments.

Lead a large, multi-functional enterprise program: manage contractors/subcontractors, develop and maintain program plans, monitor cost/schedule/performance, track risks and metrics, coordinate stakeholders, ensure compliance, and deliver required contract deliverables.

Lead and oversee all-source cyber intelligence analysis and reporting, manage analyst teams, direct IOC lifecycle and malware/network analysis, produce intelligence products, liaise with senior stakeholders and partners, and drive process improvements to meet mission objectives.
