Owns end-to-end campaign delivery for enterprise loyalty clients, including requirements gathering, campaign briefs, kickoff meetings, marketing calendars, client communication, setup, trafficking, audience segmentation, email scheduling, QA coordination, testing, optimization, documentation, and risk escalation. The role manages high-volume personalized email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and workflow tools while improving operational efficiency and ensuring accurate, timely launches.

Develops and deploys personalized HTML email campaigns and automated customer journeys using enterprise marketing platforms. Responsibilities include creating responsive templates, configuring segmentation, triggers, suppression rules, dynamic content, personalization, A/B and multivariate tests, and final campaign deployments. The role collaborates with campaign managers, QA analysts, content partners, and clients while maintaining execution standards, documenting best practices, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery.

Executes full-cycle corporate recruiting across Kobie’s functions, from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. Sources and screens candidates, manages pipelines and ATS data, coordinates interviews, conducts structured assessments, partners with hiring managers, tracks recruiting metrics, and supports employer-brand initiatives. The Recruiter manages 6–10 concurrent requisitions in a remote, high-volume environment while delivering strong candidate experiences and meeting hiring timelines.

Manage client-aligned technical operations, organizational logistics, and operational improvement initiatives. Establish processes, identify automation opportunities, coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners, and support end-to-end loyalty rewards program execution. Monitor KPIs, resolve operational issues, facilitate discussions, contribute to strategic planning, and develop initiatives that improve program performance, scalability, customer experience, and revenue impact.

Owns month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, invoicing, revenue validation, and account accuracy. Supports FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, operational reporting, dashboards, and monthly business reviews. Partners with Accounting, Finance, Client Services, and management to maintain consistent financial data, improve reporting processes, and strengthen business insights.

Leads organizational change, cultural adoption, and internal communications across Kobie. Partners with executive and functional leaders to develop change strategies, cascade strategic messaging, manage communication cadences, and measure adoption. Builds organizational clarity, supports employee experience and employer brand initiatives, strengthens belonging, and enables new capabilities across teams and locations. Uses surveys, feedback mechanisms, and metrics to identify cultural gaps and improve engagement.

As Director of Product, you will define and drive Kobie's data platform strategy to enhance marketing and loyalty programs, focus on AI integration, and develop commercial models.

Lead one or more Agile engineering squads to deliver scalable, high-quality microservices and platform capabilities.
