Design, implement, and operate core distributed storage infrastructure for Postgres, NoSQL, and caching at scale. Technical lead for the Capacity arm building systems to attribute, forecast, and govern AWS cloud spend. Design scalable cost attribution and chargeback pipelines, automated anomaly detection, forecasting and unit-economics tooling, and partner with Data Science, Infrastructure, and leadership to drive cost governance and AWS pricing strategy.

Leads the global benefits strategy, design, implementation, compliance, renewals, vendor relationships, process automation, and employee experience programs. Oversees health, welfare, retirement, leave, and voluntary benefits across jurisdictions; partners with Legal and Finance; manages M&A benefits due diligence and integration; and builds a high-performing benefits team.

Own the strategy and product roadmap for Robinhood’s third-party integration platform serving registered investment advisors. Prioritize APIs, AI-agent connectivity, developer tools, authentication, governance, and partner onboarding. Lead technical and commercial relationships with PMS, CRM, and AI-native advisor technology vendors. Translate partner needs into engineering requirements, manage integration prioritization and access frameworks, and align integration initiatives with Robinhood’s next-generation custody platform.

Lead technical accounting research and conclusions for new products and strategic transactions. Evaluate novel fact patterns (including crypto/digital assets), draft position papers, advise Product/Deal teams, and collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, Financial Reporting, and auditors to ensure accurate accounting, disclosures, and controls (ASC 606, 350-60, 810, 815).

Supports middle-office trading operations, including expiration processing, account-level risk management, escalations, reconciliations, and regulatory inquiries. Identifies inefficiencies, automates workflows using AI, SQL, and Python, and partners with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to improve trading products and operational processes. Provides cross-time-zone support and serves as an escalation point for complex cases.
