Participate in an 18-month rotational Business Analyst program across Robinhood’s Money and Growth organization. Analyze business metrics, economic drivers, pricing, segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs to identify growth opportunities. Own the architectural evolution of Robinhood’s core infrastructure across service mesh, Kubernetes compute, and Terraform provisioning. Lead multi-region platform strategy, diagnose issues at source-code and protocol levels, improve reliability and developer autonomy, and drive cross-functional technical decisions. The role requires deep expertise in Kubernetes internals, Istio or Envoy, HTTP/2 and gRPC, Terraform architecture, and production Go or Python development. This hybrid role is based in Menlo Park, California, with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week.

Mentor engineers and drive architectural decisions for long-term platform reliability.
