Robinhood's Corporate Accounting team is growing quickly to keep pace with the company's expanding scale and complexity. We partner closely with FP&A, Legal, Treasury, and our external auditors to keep the books accurate, timely, and audit-ready. As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you'll analyze and explain monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations, helping stakeholders understand what's driving the numbers. You'll record and reconcile accrual and prepaid transactions, prepare and maintain monthly journal entries, and complete account reconciliations and flux analysis. You'll support internal requests and external audit deliverables, and research technical accounting questions to recommend practices aligned with GAAP. You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to streamline data flow and processes, and contribute to system automation projects that make the monthly close more efficient.
This role is based in our New York, NY, Menlo Park, CA, and Chicago, IL offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
