The Advisor Services team’s mission is to serve as an advocate for the firms that work on our platform; we advocate to support their business and their clients, to be a solution seeker and problem solver, and to meet our advisors where they need us most.
As a Relationship Manager, you will provide exceptional, detailed service to our firms through an overall understanding of their business and being a point of contact for a myriad of complex requests. Your dedicated service and support have a direct impact on the firm’s growth on our platform, which ultimately lead to an increase in net deposits to Robinhood.
This role is based in our Clearwater, FL and Westlake, TX office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do- Broad understanding of each Advisor relationship they oversee, including the firm’s structure, key decision makers, technology stack, client demographics, among others.
- Educate our Advisors on platform changes and our upcoming roadmap; help Advisors find the most efficient and effective ways for doing business with our platform.
- Leverage internal technology solutions, such as our CRM, to uncover signals or trends with your firms, and translate those signals into actionable feedback or education areas.
- Regularly meet with firms either virtually or in person in an effort to deepen the relationship, educate the firm on our platform and what’s coming, and increase firm loyalty.
- Be an advocate internally for the firms you work with. Escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders internally, and influence change for overall platform enhancements based on their needs.
- Demonstrate a high understanding of the RIA industry, and specifically the TradePMR by Robinhood platform, features, tools, and products

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
