Responsibilities include negotiating transaction and commercial documents, managing investor contract obligations, coordinating closings, supporting collections and recoveries, and advising on operational, marketing, and strategic matters. The role requires strong transactional judgment, collaboration, organization, and the ability to manage complex matters independently.

Lead and expand the Application Security program: define roadmap, embed security into SDLC, perform architecture and code reviews, manage vulnerability lifecycle and incident response, lead penetration testing strategy, deliver executive metrics, and mentor a small hands-on AppSec team.

Lead credit underwriting, pricing, verification, and portfolio performance for personal loans. Use data and ML/AI to design automated decisioning, manage credit/fraud risk, forecast losses, and present strategies to leadership and investors.
