Develop instrumented measurement systems, perform shaker and MIL-STD testing, collect and analyze data, validate FEA models, troubleshoot structural issues, maintain calibrated test equipment, and produce test plans and technical reports to inform mechanical design decisions.

Lead and manage perception teams to design and implement real-time object detection, sensor fusion, and state estimation (SLAM/visual-inertial) using EO/IR, radar, IMU, and GPS. Integrate perception outputs with autonomy, interpret sensor ICDs, optimize pipelines for real-time SWaP-constrained platforms, and validate solutions in simulation and field tests. Travel ~10-15%.

Lead design and development of aerostructures from concept through production, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and system integration. Manage cross-functional teams, apply composite and metallic structural knowledge, oversee release processes, and support testing and production readiness for autonomous aircraft.

Lead and grow the Hivemind Development Platform team to own SDK package management, Nix-based build infrastructure, developer tooling, CLI/SDK experience, and service-backed components. Drive roadmap, cross-team collaboration, operational readiness, reliability, observability, and developer productivity for multi-language SDKs across internal and external users.

Lead propulsion test development and execution for an afterburning jet-powered vehicle. Oversee design, build, and operation of test stands, instrumentation, and safety systems. Manage propulsion test engineers and technicians, define test objectives, perform thermodynamic and transient analysis, drive root-cause investigations, coordinate schedules and suppliers, and ensure test alignment with vehicle milestones.

Lead RF design, integration, testing, and compliance for the V-BAT aircraft. Define system and unit RF requirements, optimize link performance, resolve interference, improve test and compliance processes, create test procedures, mentor engineers, support hiring, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver reliable airborne RF systems.

Lead development of compliant cost and price proposals for government and commercial opportunities. Build pricing models, labor estimates, BOM analyses, and cost volumes. Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/CAS, perform margin and profitability analysis, support audits and pricing reviews, and partner cross-functionally to align assumptions and pricing strategy.
