Lead RFPs, renewals, business reviews, account expansion, and retention while advising partners on global trade and humanitarian supply chains. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, legal, and trade-lane teams; identify growth opportunities; mentor teammates; and improve processes using AI-enabled tools.

Works in Flexport’s Office of the CEO to solve high-priority business problems across freight modes and regions. Responsibilities include building financial analyses and models, researching ambiguous issues, developing executive recommendations, visiting operational sites, managing business cadences, coordinating stakeholders, and transitioning into operating leadership roles. The position requires strong analytical judgment, concise communication, curiosity about global freight, compliance awareness, and willingness to work on-site.

Execute ocean and air freight shipments from booking through final delivery, coordinate with transportation and warehousing partners, maintain shipment and client data accuracy, track schedules, resolve exceptions, follow SOPs and compliance requirements, and use performance metrics to improve operations and meet KPIs and SLAs.
