Learn and apply sales methodologies to identify customer needs and grow into sales roles.

Partner with Channels & Alliances to run recurring operational processes, build and maintain Salesforce reports/dashboards, ensure data integrity, coordinate vendors, document playbooks, identify automation/AI opportunities, and support cross-functional stakeholders to scale GTM operations.

Build and scale Datadog's partner ecosystem across North America by recruiting CSPs, MSPs, SIs, and resellers; enable and activate partners via training and joint GTM; coordinate technical and marketing launches; drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; run partner performance reviews; serve as regional sponsor for key cloud alliances and own regional channels metrics.

Lead a small engineering team to build and manage the Core Analytics Data Access Platform, ensuring data security, scalability, and collaboration with AI and analytics teams.

Lead the internal platforms for Datadog's engineering organization, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product development. Oversee a team of Product Managers to improve platform adoption and operational efficiency while mentoring and developing the organization.
