Lead and scale a global Business Value team to define strategy, build ROI/TCO frameworks and value programs, deliver executive-level business cases, and embed value selling across Sales and Customer Success. Partner with GTM, Product, and Marketing, engage C-level customers on investment justification, set success metrics, and hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing team to drive pipeline, deal velocity, deal size, renewals, and expansion.
