Develop and maintain quality processes, systems, and equipment for aerostructures. Develop monitoring and intervention mechanisms, integrate project schedules, document project closeouts, and present status to executive leadership while coordinating cross-functional teams and finance.

Manage supplier schedules and performance, monitor baselines, escalate issues, and mitigate risks to support production. Create Excel-based analytics (VLOOKUPs, pivot charts), report supplier status, apply root cause/corrective actions, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Use MRP/SAP systems to support supplier recovery and manufacturing needs.

Develops cost estimates and pricing for defense proposals, ensuring FAR/DFAR compliance and supporting certified cost and pricing data. Uses historical data, regression and parametric methods to produce BOEs, should-cost analyses, and supplier cost audits. Manages data collection from stakeholders, supports negotiations and Price-to-Win activities, and advises on supply chain negotiation strategies while providing leadership to pricing and cost analysts.

Lead spacecraft systems engineering across program lifecycle: requirements decomposition, design, trade studies, integration & test, verification/validation, risk and configuration management, MBSE application, cross-functional coordination, mentorship, and support for in-orbit operations and anomaly resolution.

Lead and manage a team producing audit-ready Bills of Estimating (BoEs) and pricing for DoD proposals. Ensure FAR/DFARS/CAS compliance, perform cost/risk/sensitivity analyses, develop estimating tools and parametric/should-cost models, support proposal reviews and negotiations, interface with customers/auditors, and improve estimating processes to support new business and program sustainment.

Lead go-to-market strategy and product lifecycle for government training solutions. Develop standardized, scalable training offerings, translate customer needs into requirements and value propositions, support capture/proposals, collaborate with engineering and M&S teams, and drive adoption of integrated digital and sustainment training solutions. Requires stakeholder engagement and up to 40% domestic travel.
